Our adult trauma series is for all adults curious about the impact their own adverse childhood experiences & other traumatic events during childhood has on their adult lives.
This workshop can help you:
?Recognize the impact trauma has had on you
?Feel empowered to take positive steps towards healing
?Understand and manage overwhelming emotion
?Modify problematic patterns of behavior
?Develop a strength-based understanding of your life story
?Seek trauma-focused assessment and treatment (if needed)
?Take care of yourself.
Sessions are in-person on Tuesdays at 6pm-8pm starting October 8th through November 5th at:
Atlanta Community Schools
or
First Presbyterian Church of Alpena
No Cost to residents of Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency, & Presque Isle Counties. Out of area cost is $50.
