8:00pm – Friday Night Welcome Party – Pine Squirrel
Saturday: Jan. 24th, 2025
9am – Participants check in – pick up hunt card, turn in pledges, drop off participant basket contest entries
9am – 9:30 – Sled staging – staging for vintage sleds, current sleds, trail leader options & women’s only group (10 spaces limited for this group)
