It time to start planting seeds inside and get a jump on the gardening season. Learn how to start seeds inside and grow varities you can’t buy in the stores. With help from MSU Extension resources and local garden experts Jim Hiske and J.B. Cook the Alpena Farmers Market will hosting this workshop at 1302 South State Ave, Mich-e-ke-wis Park Warming Shelter. Cost will be $5 if you are a member of the Friends of the Alpena Farmers Market or $15 without. Participants will take home potted plants or seeds to start at home.
